PRODUCT OVERVIEW
TOMAR's 60" TRT Series Warning & Infrared LED Light Bar is an advanced lighting solution that combines powerful illumination, SAE compliant warning capabilities, and 940 nm infrared technology. Designed for demanding environments, this multi function light bar provides reliable performance for nighttime, tactical, and emergency operations.
Featuring programmable warning patterns and multiple operating modes, the 60" TRT Series Warning & Infrared LED Light Bar can be configured to meet a wide range of lighting requirements. The integrated infrared capability provides enhanced visibility in low light and no light conditions while remaining invisible to the naked eye.
WARNING, ILLUMINATION & IR
The TRT line is designed for mission adaptability between warning and illumination. This light bar can project intense white illumination or 940 nm infrared light while also functioning as an SAE compliant warning light bar that meets California Title 13 standards for 50 state compliance.
Infrared light is a form of electromagnetic radiation that is invisible to the human eye but detectable by night vision and specialized sensors. By utilizing infrared technology, the TRT Series provides enhanced visibility and operational safety for tactical and nighttime applications.

TOMAR TRT Warning & Infrared Line Functionality
- All white lights steady burn override priority
- All IR 940 nm LED lights steady burn
- All warning lights flash across all modules with optional California steady
- All warning modules steady burn
- What is steady burn? Steady burn means the light remains continuously on without flashing.
Performance Through Engineering
Starting with industry leading Cree® XPL LEDs for visible light performance and LumiLEDs® Luxeon Series 940 nm infrared LEDs, the TRT Series delivers reliable performance in the harshest environments.
To maximize the effectiveness of every LED, TOMAR employs a hybrid TIR collimator optic design rather than a traditional reflector system, which does not effectively capture the illuminating power of the LED.
This design allows TOMAR off road light bars to project more usable light exactly where it is needed. The result is increased performance when compared to equal lumen output, along with reduced glare from stray vertical light.
The optics and electronics are sealed using TOMAR’s patented linear vibration welding process, protecting the components from dust and moisture in one of four optical configurations: Spot, Flood, Composite, or Flood/Spot.

TOMAR BEAM PATTERNS
- A flood beam pattern is a type of lighting pattern that provides a wide, broad spread of light. This pattern is best suited for illuminating a large area and is ideal for off-roading, camping, and other outdoor activities where a wide field of view is necessary. Flood beam patterns are often used as auxiliary lights and work great as a complement to the vehicle’s main headlights.
- A spot-beam pattern is a type of lighting pattern that provides a concentrated, focused beam of light. This pattern is best suited for long-distance lighting and is ideal for off-roading, hunting, and other outdoor activities where a long, focused beam of light is necessary. Spot beam patterns are often used as primary lights and can provide excellent visibility when driving at high speeds on rough terrain.
- TOMAR’s composite beam pattern is a combination of spot and flood beams. This lighting pattern provides a focused, long-distance beam and a wide, broad spread of light. This pattern is ideal for off-roading, camping, and other outdoor activities where a mixture of long-distance and wide-area lighting is necessary. With a combination of spot and flood beam patterns, you get the best of both worlds, making it easier to see the road ahead and your surroundings.
